Youth and Activities Director

First Baptist Church Winona is a Southern Baptist Affiliated congregation currently searching for a Youth and Activities Director. We are searching for someone to lead our group of 50 plus youth between the grades of 7th and 12th grade.

Job Duties:

*Bible Study on Sundays and Wednesday Nights

*Youth Activities (Summer Camps, Local Missions, Variety of Concerts and Worship gatherings, such as Winter Jam and DNOW)

*Advise use of program materials, equipment, and supplies

*Propose Youth Budget

*Work with Youth Committee and other leaders of youth departments in planning programs and activities

*Work with Families and Community

*Director of the Family Life Center which includes Senior Adult, Children, and Youth Activities

*Direct Vacation Bible School

*Direct Fall Festival

*Coordinate and Assist with Children’s Committee

*Perform other duties asked by Pastor

Job Qualifications:

*Belief in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000

*Have CDL or willing to receive it within 6 months of hiring

*College Graduate, preferred seminary background

*Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms and applications
