Associate Pastor of Family Ministries
The Associate Pastor of Family Ministries will serve Ferriday First Baptist Church by developing, leading, and executing a comprehensive ministry for the spiritual growth and discipleship of children, youth, and their families.
The Family Minister will provide pastoral care and spiritual leadership to these generations of the church by developing and implementing ministries, programs, and support systems that enable the church to reach, disciple, equip, and inspire children, youth, and families to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
This position will play a key role in discipleship, evangelism, missions, worship, fellowship, family ministry, and community outreach, while serving as a spiritual leader and role model within the church and community.
Supervision
The Associate Pastor of Family Ministries will report directly to the Senior Pastor and will work closely with church staff, ministry committees, volunteers, parents, and church
