Next Gen Worship Associate

The Next Gen Worship Associate serves within the Creative Arts Ministry and reports to the Worship Pastor, providing leadership for student worship at Broadmoor. This role plans and leads rehearsals, coordinates worship teams and schedules, supports worship services and student events, and collaborates with Middle School and High School staff to plan and lead worship experiences. The position also focuses on developing and discipling students by mentoring worship and production teams, creating leadership opportunities, and helping students grow both spiritually and musically. In addition, the role contributes to broader church worship initiatives, including camps, retreats, children’s ministry support, and Sunday service planning.
