This is an ideal first full-time ministry role for an emerging worship leader. Recent college/university graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Candidates currently serving in a similar capacity at another church are also welcome to apply; significant full-time ministry experience is not required.
A degree or near-completion of a degree in music, worship studies, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated musical ability, particularly vocal skill, with the capacity to grow into full platform leadership under the direction of the Worship Pastor.
Spiritual maturity, integrity, and emotional health consistent with pastoral ministry.
