Apartment Life (AL) is looking for Community Life Coordinators to serve in apartment communities across the country.
As a Coordinator, you’ll help create an exceptional living experience for residents by planning engaging events, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a welcoming community. If you enjoy connecting with people, serving others, and making a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
Community Life Coordinators are passionate about Apartment Life’s mission and are committed to creating places where residents feel known, valued, and connected. Through engaging events, genuine hospitality, and intentional relationships, Coordinators help strengthen apartment communities while demonstrating God’s unconditional love through everyday interactions.
What You’ll Do
Plan and host consistent, engaging community events.
Build authentic relationships with residents and apartment staff.
Welcome new residents and help foster a sense of belonging.
Provide encouragement, care, and practical support to community members.
Create a positive, hospitable atmosphere throughout the community.
Represent Apartment Life with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
